By accessing theproimpact.com or booking any ProImpact program, course, product or service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

ProImpact offers coaching, consulting, counselling, training, certifications, books, courses, merchandise and the "Talk with Coach Shweta Bajaj" podcast. Specific deliverables for paid engagements are described in your individual proposal or product page.

2. Bookings & Payments

Sessions and courses must be paid in full to confirm. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. All prices are in INR unless stated.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. No-shows or late cancellations are billable at full fee.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, books, courses, podcast episodes and brand marks (ProImpact, Neesh, Neesh AI, WFH Wellness, CTRL+HUMAN, Talk with Coach Shweta Bajaj) are owned by ProImpact and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or use our services for illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProImpact is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
