Governing Participant Enrolment to Coaching Programmes

Grievance Policy
We value transparency and fairness. If you experience any issue regarding programme content, trainer conduct, or participant behaviour:

First, attempt to resolve the matter directly with the concerned person.

If unresolved, send a written grievance to support@theproimpact.com within 10 days.

Our team will review within 3 working days and work toward resolution.

If still unsatisfied, you may escalate via a formal appeal, which will be reviewed, and a written response will be provided within 10 working days.
Participation & Attendance Policy

Success requires full engagement. By enrolling, you agree to:

Attend all scheduled sessions on time.
-
Keep cameras on during virtual training (unless previously discussed).
-
Participate actively in discussions, exercises, and activities.
-
Uphold professional and respectful conduct throughout.

Missed sessions:

If you miss more than 4 hours of mentor coaching, you may need to arrange additional sessions at your own cost.

Missing more than 8 hours may require you to re-enrol in the next batch.
Course Engagement & Code of Conduct
During the programme, participants are expected to:

Arrive on time and stay present.
-
Engage with honesty, openness, and integrity.
-
Respect peers, trainers, and staff.
-
Value diversity and maintain a safe learning environment.
Completion & Partial Credit Policy

Certificates will be issued upon meeting attendance and engagement requirements.

Partial credits may be provided based on hours completed, upon written request within 7 days of course completion.
Payment & Fees Policy

Enrolments are confirmed only upon full payment.

Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, PayPal, or other authorised methods.
-
All fees are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your learning investment.

If the programme does not meet expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first session.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of request approval.
Registration Modifications

Substitutions or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the programme start date.

Date transfers are subject to availability.
Transfer of Credit Policy

If you have completed a Level 1/introductory programme elsewhere, you may apply for credit transfer.

Supporting documents (certificates, trainer details, programme hours) must be provided for review.
Illness & Emergency Policy

If illness or emergencies prevent attendance, notify us immediately at support@theproimpact.com.

You may need to make up missed sessions via recordings or additional coaching, depending on hours missed.
